Featured speaker Elizabeth Loera will be present at the Abington Library Community Room on Wednesday, January 26, 2011 from 12:00 noon till 1:30 PM. Her lecture will be entitled "Great Expectations" and will highlight how to create great customer service for any industry and how to exceed expectations in business relationships.
