Nine Inducted Into UDHS Athletic Hall of Fame
Selections span 50 years and 9 different sports.
Upper Dublin High School welcomed nine new members to its Athletic Hall of Fame on Saturday night, following a formal induction ceremony that honored five decades of former student-athletes and coaches.
“Despite this being the fifth group of inductees for the Hall of Fame, we still received so many worthy nominations that the committee had some very difficult decisions to make," said Charles Rittenhouse, Principal of Upper Dublin High School. "This group shows the depth of athletic talent that Upper Dublin has enjoyed, and it was exciting getting to know the stories behind these gifted athletes.”
In total, the new inductees represent nine different sports, including baseball, football, basketball, field hockey, tennis, softball, cross-country, swimming and track and field.
