Water polo drops to 0-2 with loss to Penn Charter

The Lady Patriots overwhelmed Baldwin High with a blistering 9-1 win Tuesday night. Brooke Kiley took the lead for Germantown with a four goal night with Maggie Oberkircher netting two behind her. Allie Carrigan, Erin Fenerty and Amy Jeckovich each contributed a goal as well. Baldwin netminder Maddy Carre was forced to make an outstanding 31 saves while GA’s Tyler Wellington only need to make five of her six shots faced to get the win. The victory puts the Lady Pats at 6-2-1

Germantown Academy Girls' Water Polo lost to Penn Charter Tuesday, 18-8. For GA, Shelby Wildgust & Alex Takei scored three goals each to lead the team, while Alex Wein and Gillian Rader scored one each. Helena Martin had 2 saves in goal. Assists were made by Evelyn Rakowsky, Sarah Armstrong and Natalie Dowzicky. The loss drops the team to 0-2.
