The West Ave Grille is located in a strip of stores in the Dreshertown Shopping Plaza off of Limekiln Pike. Both the dining area and the kitchen have an open floor plan.
The restaurant was almost full when we arrived and we were seated right as we walked in. Our server came over quickly and took our drink and food orders.
***THIRTY*** minutes later our eggs and pancakes came out. The eggs were cooked as I ordered and the home fries were good. The pancakes were large but lacked any flavor what so ever. If you want syrup its an extra charge. Its not a big deal but it just bothered me.
Overall the food was average and was NOT worth the wait. With so many other breakfast options in the area there is nothing at West Ave that makes me want to come back.
