Willow Grove Park to Host Free Electronic Waste Collection Event

Willow Grove Park is proud to offer a FREE “anything with a plug” recycling event to be held on April 7, 2012 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in their parking lot. All types of electronics will be accepted for FREE including computers, monitors, printers, air-conditioners, computer accessories and household appliances. Small business with less than 50 employees are also welcome to bring their obsolete electronic equipment.  All material collected will be responsibly recycled by eForce Compliance, who maintains a zero landfill policy and zero export of hazardous e-waste to developing countries. eForce is Pennsylvania’s only multi-certified electronic recycling company (R2, e-Stewards, ISO 14011) and assures all data media will be destroyed or wiped at their facility.
