Moses allegedly would sneak around on his hands and knees to videotape naked girls and women in dressing rooms, the Morning Call reported. He shared the clips on pornography websites, the report said.

The investigation began in September 2014, when a woman in the Bryn Mawr section of Radnor Township reported to police that a prowler had been taking photos or video of her and her roommate. The videos were uploaded to a pornographic website and police were able to trace Moses using his IP address, authorities said.
