Razor Blade Found in Candy in Montco

A trick-or-treater found a razor blade in a wrapped candy bar in Towamencin Township, police said.

The trick-or-treater received the candy Friday evening in the area of Woodlawn Drive and Walnut Lane in Lansdale. The incident is under investigation by police, who are warning parents to check their children’s candy.

No one was injured from the tainted candy bar. Police said they were not releasing the brand of candy so people examine every type before they eat it.
