Is there a three- or five-year spending plan for the township?

Mike Snovitch: There’s a very preliminary five-year plan for spending. We’re taking a hard look at it to try and improve it.

Donna Wright: There is, and we are updating it all the time. That’s where we look at where expenses are going on the budget.
