Lower Milford Man Arrested After Wrestling LCCC Police

Police: Brendan Thomas, 22, caused $1,500 in damage to Lehigh Carbon Community College offices, $1,000 in damage to police cruiser.

A  man was arrested after allegedly causing $1,500 in damages to Lehigh Carbon Community College and $1,000 in damages to police property when he disrupted a college class and fought with officers on April 10, according to an Express Times article.

Brendan Thomas, 22, is charged with three counts of simple assault, aggravated assault, terroristic threats, criminal mischief, vandalism to an education facility, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, harassment and public drunkenness, according to the criminal docket.

Thomas, unable to post $50,000 bail, was being held at Lehigh County Prison. A preliminary hearing was scheduled for May 23.
