Southampton Company Receives Quality Rating
NewAge Industries' products has been noted for their quality.

Upper Southampton based announced last week it has received a quality rating of 99.7 percent or better for the past seven years running.
The company, which makes plastic and rubber tubing, has devoted nearly 10 percent of its staff to quality control operations. The staffing decision seems to have payed off for the company which boast few product failures, according to a release.
Director of Quality Bill Keiser said in the release NewAge Industries quality team uses the philosophy of "Fix the problem, not the blame."When a mistake is made the company works to fix the problem and make sure they are not repeated.

The company's quality team uses many techniques to ensure quality. Inspecting raw materials when they arrive and performing maintenance on the manufacturing equipment to make sure it is in working order are some of the many steps the team takes to ensure quality, the release said.
NewAge Industries has been in business since the 1950s and is noted as one of the best small companies to work for.
