This Weekend: 100-Degree Heat, Heavy Downpours, 'Gusty' Thunderstorms In Bucks County
The National Weather Service has issued an alert, saying a strong thunderstorm will be followed by a 100-degree heat index this weekend.

The National Weather Service says the region could have it’s hottest day of the year on Sunday - following a strong thunderstorm with gusty winds.
The NWS has issued a Hazardous Weather Outlook for the region, saying heavy downpours will arrive on Saturday and Monday, but Sunday will have a 100-degree heat index.
The unstable atmosphere could produce more than one storm per day, and some communities could be hit with flash flooding as well as lightning strikes and strong wind gusts, according to accuweather.com.
