Weis Holding Health, Wellness Event
A registered dietician will talk to shoppers about buying for healthy meals.

Weis Markets today announced it will launch a series of free Health and Wellness events at its new Huntingdon Valley store. Events will feature a variety of healthy topics led by the store’s Registered Dietitian or Pharmacist.
Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Lindsey DeCaro RDN, LDN, will host the first event on Thursday, November 21st.
During this 90-minute Holiday How-To Cart Smart™ Tour, DeCaro will walk the aisles with participants, teaching shoppers how to plan, buy and prep for a healthy and delicious holiday meal. Participants will receive a shopping essentials gift pack containing recipes, coupons and a holiday meal preparation guide, valued at more than $20.
The Cart Smart™ Tour will take place at 6:00 p.m. and is free to the public. However, registration is required and space is limited. To register, call (570) 988-3025. A full schedule of events is available for pick up at the Huntingdon Valley store located at 2100 County Line Road.
