Upper St. Clair Township does a wonderful job of keeping our parks & recreation areas clean and in good condition. I feel that "bathrooms" should be provided at the parks. The only park that has facilities is the library park. It is important for our children that these be provided. Not only for them but for the many parents and grandparents that accompany them. Ever been to a park while potty training a child or with a pregnant mom or grandparent?
