 BECOMING A COMPETITIVE COLLEGE APPLICANT

Find out what's happening in Upper St. Clairfor free with the latest updates from Patch.

Next Tuesday, February 5th, at 7:00 PM, the USC High School Counseling Department and Community Foundation of Upper St. Clair are sponsoring the 10th annual Becoming A Competitive College Applicant for all 8th-11th grade students and parents in the Upper St. Clair High School Nutrition Center.  In order to have a variety of colleges and universities represented, this event is held in conjunction with the National College Fair at the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.

The institutions being represented this year include Indiana University-Bloomington, John Carroll University, North Carolina State University, Temple University and the University of Michigan.

Participants will be able to hear directly from college admissions representatives regarding how to be competitive in the college admissions process.  Following their presentations, there will be the opportunity to participate in a question & answer session, or meet individually with the representatives.
