TWO PIECES OF USC FILM NEWS:

First, Upper St. Clair alumni Peter Rosati has just opened registration for his second annual Peter's Film Camp. Created to offer affordable access for youth to the excitement of filmmaking, Peter's camp offers sessions on Acting, Directing, Writing, Camera, and more. Counselors include current and graduated cinema students from Point Park University.

Last year's camp was an enormous success and the opportunities presented to campers have only grown this year. Campers entering grades: 6th-11th.

Secondly, Peter is currently raising funds for his thesis film at Emerson College: a magically real adventure story about protecting the things you love. Titled The Whistler, the film features actors ages 8-67, professional video equipment, and beautifully creative design aspects, including a magnificant 9 foot tall creature.

His films Bad Kids and Le Blue Stella have starred St. Clair middle schoolers and have been screened in Pittsbrgh, LA, Boston, and festivals around the country. We now ask for your support in making this next project come to life.

The crew has only until February 12th to fundraise their goal or will receive none of the funds. Please watch the linked video, take a look at the rewards offered for supporting, and consider donating to this magical film. Your support is deeply appreciated.
