Upper St. Clair Township Library will hold its annual author luncheon from 1-3 pm on April 14 at St. Clair Country Club. This year’s event includes an afternoon tea menu and features a presentation about Jane Austen’s world by Jane Austen scholar and author Dr. Laura Engel. Advance ticket sales only.
