Barre Workout

A fun, energetic workout that fuses dance, Pilates, and yoga that will tone, define, and chisel the whole body. No dance experience is needed and no partner! This Barre method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. Includes a warm-up, killer arms, barre section, core work, and cool down stretch.

Morning Session
October 2 – December 18 (no class 11/27)
Wednesdays: 9:00 – 10:00 a.m.
