
This beginner-friendly Mat Pilates class focuses on building core strength, mobility, and posture through controlled, intentional movement. You’ll be guided through a full-body workout designed to strengthen muscles, improve stability, and leave you feeling stronger and more energized.
Class will incorporate Pilates props—such as light weights, a Pilates ball, and a Pilates ring—to add variety and a gentle challenge. No prior Pilates experience is needed, and modifications will be offered so you can move at your own pace and feel supported throughout.
