Changing of the Guard - The Rotary Club of Bethel-St. Clair

Effective July 1st a new Rotary team took their positions for The Rotary Club of Bethel-St. Clair (dinner club). The gavel was passed from 2013-2014 President Ray Kells to 2014-2015 President Rick Smith in a ceremony at St. Clair Country Club.
