Yoga Flow is energizing, strengthening and invigorating both physically and mentally. This flow style class is GREAT for everyone. Postures will be linked with vinasa (flowing movement) for an energetic practice. New beginners thru advancing students will enjoy the benefits of this class. This class will be held on Wednesday.
