Come enjoy the Carnegie Arts and Heritage Festival! The festival runs from Sept 8 to 10. The festival is three days of music and entertainment on three stages. The event also features a creative marketplace filled with vibrant arts and crafts, a food court featuring sumptuous ethnic foods and a children’s area to keep the youth entertained all day long!
