Functional Fitness Program: Intermediate Level

Functional Fitness Program is a comprehensive adult based total body fitness class. The class is a lower intensity, yet high quality fitness class for beginners, and/or older adults was developed to educate participants on the principals of strength and endurance training. The two sessions will be:

  • Jan. 12 to Feb. 16 on Thursday
  • Feb. 23 to March 29 on Thursday
