Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga is a less strenuous form of yoga that uses modifications of standard yoga poses to provide a great workout without putting unnecessary strain on the body. This class is perfect for seniors, pregnant women, participants recovering from injuries, beginners and those looking for a more relaxed workout. The upcoming sessions, held on Mondays, are:

  • Jan. 9 to Jan. 30
  • Feb. 6 to Feb. 27
  • March 5 to March 36
