Our New Year challenge is back for its 3rd consecutive year and is guaranteed to motivate you through the winter months!!! A team-based eight week challenge that is sure to start your new year on the right foot. Each participant is assigned to a team and a team trainer. Participants are also given an exercise log booklet to track their weekly progress throughout the duration of the contest. The program is point based, and the winning teams and participants are awarded prizes. Your registration also comes with an exclusive New Year Fit You tee-shirt and access to the Staying You Maintenance phase of the program that will begin at the completion of the contest and continues through the end of the year.
