Scuba Day

The C&RC scuba program, USCUBA, in conjunction with Washington Scuba Center, will have certified scuba instructors, divemasters and graduates of the USCUBA program on hand to introduce participants on the safe use of scuba equipment, assist with gear fitting and answer any questions about diving. This year's event will feature "Seniors in Scuba", demonstrating that the only requirement for the adventure sport of scuba is a sense of adventure. This program allows members and guests, ages 10 and over, the experience of breathing underwater without having to attend formal classroom or scuba skills training.
