Seesaw Center & Operation Troop Appreciation Veteran's Day celebration

Please join us at The Seesaw Center on Monday, November 12th from 10:30am-12:00pm for a special Veteran's Day Celebration with Operation Troop Appreciation.

Two veteran's (one man and one woman) will be at the center to meet our children and help them understand what it means to serve our country. The Castle Shannon Librarian will read a special story to the kids and they will make a craft to be included in care packages that are sent overseas. The Seesaw Center will also be collecting donations to be included in these care packages...DVD's, snack foods, personal hygiene items, phone cards and more are needed. you can find a list of items on our website www.seesawcenter.org just follow the link for the Veteran's Day event.

Everyone is welcome to attend this event...The Seesaw Center will be waiving daily admission fees so please tell anyone you know who would like to attend and contribute. This is a great way to promote the Seesaw Center and help another non-profit organization. We are also expecting some media coverage of the event!

If you cannot attend the event but would like to donate, please drop off your donations at the Seesaw Center any time between now and November 16th. Thank you and we hope to see you on Monday!
