The Pittsburgh Youth Symphony Orchestra and PYSO Music Director Lawrence Loh continue the 2011-12 season with Dustin Cramer, winner of the PYSO Conducting Competition and member of PYSO’s flute section, leading his fellow members in The Imperial March from John Williams’ Star Wars Suite. PSO Violist Meng Wang joins the orchestra for Max Bruch’s Romance for Viola and Orchestra and the afternoon finishes with Dmitri Shostakovich’s most often performed and popular Symphony No. 5.
