Streams Summer Olympic Field Day
June 8th, 2012
1st and 2nd Grades: 9:00am - 11:30am
3rd and 4th Grades: 12:30 pm - 2:30pm

Calling all coaches, trainers, former and current athletes, the school need lots of adult volunteers to help make this a great day for the kids.

fill out the form and leave it at the Main Office to their attention by June 1st.

They would also appreciate it if everyone could send in a gallon jug of water for the athletes by Thursday, June 7th.
