Join The Outdoor Classroom staff for an insightful, and sometimes tasty, journey through the abundance of spring and summer wild edibles. Families will learn the techniques used to determine if a plant is edible, how to prepare the edible parts of the plant and most importantly, which plants have look-a-like species that are poisonous.
