Lose Weight With Upper St. Clair's Cardio Tennis Challenge
The fitness challenge begins June 27 and will run through Aug. 1.

Upper St. Clair Tennis Development is offering a Cardio Tennis fitness challenge this summer.
Cardio Tennis - Get Fit® Challenge is an innovative, web-based contest designed by the Tennis Industry Association (TIA) and Total Health Interactive (THI). Individuals will compete against each other to see who can burn the most calories over a six-week period by playing Cardio Tennis, participating in other fitness activities and maintaining a healthy diet. The challenge begins June 27 and will run through Aug. 1.
Participants will be required to participate in a one-hour Cardio Tennis or TRX Cardio Tennis class at least once a week and are highly encouraged to incorporate activity into other areas of their lives as well as maintain a healthy diet. Winners and all those who complete the challenge will receive reward points which they can use in the Cardio Tennis Interactive online store to exchange for various prizes provided by tennis industry partners.
