Managing Holiday Food

Everyone gains weight over the holidays, right? Well, actually most people do, but it doesn’t have to be that way. Elizabeth Babcock, LCSW, will show you just why the holiday season is such a minefield of food challenges, and what we can all do to assure that we enjoy the holidays (including the food) while protecting our health.  If you would like to experience the holidays with no weight gain as a lasting souvenir of the season, this workshop is for you.

This is a fast pace, two-hour workshop involving lecture, discussion, and short written exercises (no public disclosure required) that will leave participants better prepared to navigate holiday food challenges than ever before.

Elizabeth Babcock, LCSW, MSW, BCD is a Licensed clinical social worker in Washington County. In addition to her therapy practice she is dedicated to community wellness and education. Elizabeth has spoken in various venues throughout the Pittsburgh Area.
