Upper St. Clair Forum To Address Online Security Threats
The high school presentation will highlight the online risks posed to teens.

UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA - The risks of online activity will be discussed at an upcoming forum for Upper St. Clair High Students.
The Jan. 25 presentation will be led by Jim Dill, a retired deputy chief in the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s Office and an investigation technologies expert. He’ll be joined by District Judge Ronald Arnoni to discuss understanding social media and its security features, risky student behaviors and potential long-term consequences of sharing information online.
“Technology is such a large part of preteen and teenage life and most children are far ahead of their parents on how to use the technology. However, most students don’t truly understand the long-term consequences of what they might do using that technology,” Dill said in a release.. “I certainly hope to provide realistic insight into the topic and prevent at least a few from some serious errors in judgment.”
Arnoni hopes the presentation will help to bring awareness to these issues.
