The incident occurred on Lesnett Road.

An Upper St. Clair Township man has been charged with driving under the influence of alcohol on a township road less than a half-mileΒ from his home.

Joyce was eventually released to the custody of his wife, andΒ his preliminary hearing before district Judge Robert C. WydaΒ on MondayΒ was waived for Allegheny County Court, where he will have a formal arraignment on Aug. 22.
