The USC Newcomers’ Club publishes a yearly membership directory which is mailed to all of its approximate 100 members in late fall. The club’s membership is comprised of women residents who are new to Upper St. Clair and the city of Pittsburgh. We welcome advertising from local businesses, restaurants, facilities ect.
