UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA - Prepare to pay more in property taxes, Upper St. Clair homeowners. Upper St. Clair school directors on Wednesday adopted the district's 2019-20 budget that includes a two-percent millage hike to 26.3775 mills.

How will that impact your tax bill? If your home is assessed at $250,000, you'll pay an extra $129.24 or $10.77 per month. To calculate a specific property value, multiply the county assessment by 0.0005172.

With a two percent millage increase, Upper St. Clair falls below the maximum 2.3 percent inflationary index established by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
