USC Host Families Needed For Thai Exchange Students
The students will arrive in April for a month-long stay.

UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA - The Upper St. Clair School District’s Thai-USA Student Cultural Exchange Program is seeking 15 host families for visiting Thai students from April 12 through May 14.
The program, now in its 13th year, provides host families receive a check for $350 for each Thai student they host and the option of participating in field trips during weekends to Downtown Pittsburgh, the Strip District, Nationality Classrooms at the University of Pittsburgh and shopping at the Grove City Outlets. In addition, each host family will receive two VIP tickets for the dinner at the Thai Night Gala.
To host students, families do not need to have children at home or children in the high school. Most Thai students come from families with younger children and get along well with younger children. Upper St. Clair students enrolled in the IB program can receive community service hours for serving as a host family.
