UPPER ST. CLAIR, PA - The Thai-USA Student Cultural Exchange Program, which the Upper St. Clair School District participates in, is seeking host families for visiting Thai students from April 4 to May 8. During Upper St. Clair’s April 15-20 the Thai students will travel to Harrisburg, Lancaster and Washington, D.C.

Host families receive a complimentary check for $350 for each student they host and the option of participating in field trips during weekends to Downtown Pittsburgh, the Strip District, Nationality Classrooms at the University of Pittsburgh and shopping at the Grove City Outlets. In addition, each host family will receive two VIP tickets for the dinner at the Thai Night Gala.

Hosts don’t have to have children at home or children in the high school. Most Thai students come from families with younger children and thus get along well with them.
