The fellow will co-teach, supervise students, handle immigration cases, and help run an immigrant justice symposium, with possible renewal if funding continues.

• Villanova Women's Soccer Unveils Home-Heavy 2026 Schedule (bvmsports.com) — Villanova women’s soccer fans can look forward to a home-heavy 2026 season, with 10 matches at Higgins Soccer Complex and a key six-game home stretch starting August 30 against Iona. After their best conference performance in six years, the Wildcats hope to build momentum in BIG EAST play, including marquee October showdowns with Georgetown and Xavier.

• A popular Villanova student bar is under investigation. The bar's owners allege ‘targeting' by residents and officials. (inquirer.com) — Kelly’s Taproom in nearby Bryn Mawr, a longtime favorite hangout for Villanova students, is under investigation by Pennsylvania liquor authorities after complaints about late-night noise and student behavior. The owners say they’ve invested heavily in security and crowd control and feel unfairly targeted by some Lower Merion neighbors and an elected commissioner, while residents cite quality-of-life concerns around public drinking and disturbances.
