$1,958 Check Scheme Using Fake ID Investigated In Warminster: Police

WARMINSTER, PA —Township police are seeking the identity of a man who walked into a TB Bank branch and tried to cash a check for $1,958.10.

The Warminster Township Police Department is investigating the fraud incident that happened on Sept. 30.

Police said an older man entered the TD Bank branch and attempted to cash a check for $1,958.10 using a fake Florida driver's license, which displayed the victim's actual information and a Capital One Visa card in the same name.
