2 New Full-Time Firefighters Added In Warminster
The two new firefighters were sworn in at a recent Warminster Township Board of Supervisors meeting.

WARMINSTER TOWNSHIP, PA — Two new full-time firefighters have been added to the roster of the Warminster Township Fire Department.
At a recent Warminster Township Board of Supervisors meeting, the two new firefighters were sworn in by District Justice Christopher O'Neill during a ceremony.
Township officials said that James McAllister of Yardley, and AJ Ridge of Southampton, will help the department respond promptly and efficiently when the community calls upon Warminster Township Fire Services for help.

McAllister is a graduate of Pennsbury High School.
He previously served as a volunteer firefighter with Morrisville Fire Company for four years and Fairless Hills Fire Company for nine years.

McAllister also serves as a part-time EMT for the Yardley-Makefield Emergency Unit and Horsham Fire Department.
Ridge is a graduate of William Tennent High School and served as a volunteer firefighter with Southampton Fire Company for seven years.
He is also a volunteer EMT with Central Bucks Emergency Medical Services. (CBEMS).
Adding McAllister and Ridge to the full-time roster will maintain Warminster Township Fire Services’ daytime career staffing at five firefighters.
“Our full-time staffing model complements the volunteer firefighting forces of the Warminster Township Fire Department and the Hartsville Fire Company that have both trained and responded to fire and rescue emergencies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in our community for the last 100 years, said Joseph Velten, the township's director of Emergency Management & Services. “We are excited to have James McAllister and AJ Ridge on our team and welcome them to our community.”
Also in attendance at the ceremony were representatives from Warminster Fire Department, Hartsville Fire Company, CBEMS, Morrisville Fire Company and Southampton Fire Company.
