4 Arrested For Firearm, Drug Offenses: Warminster Twp Police Log

WARMINSTER, PA — The Warminster Township Police Department reported several crimes that occurred in the area from Tuesday, March 1 to Sunday, March 13.

Tuesday, March 1

  • Sean Connelly, 63, of Horsham, was arrested in the area of Delmont Avenue for DUI and related offenses after police say he had struck a parked vehicle.

Thursday, March 3

  • David Higby, 40, of Warrington, was arrested for DUI and related offenses after police responded to the area of Street Road and Louis Drive for a traffic accident.

Monday, March 7

  • James May, 30, of Philadelphia, was arrested by summons for theft and related offenses for a theft that occurred at Sportsman’s Warehouse on the 900 block of West Street Road. The estimated theft amount value was $520. The incident originally occurred on Dec. 22, 2021.
  • Four people were arrested for carrying firearms without a license and drug offenses after an officer conducted a traffic stop of their vehicle after-hours inside the Warminster Community Park. Christopher Ramos Rivera, 19, Jonathan Ramos Rivera, 22, Gian Rodriguez, 19, of Warminster, as well as Dereck Zamora,18, of Willow Grove, were arrested at 1:58 a.m.
  • Erica Matyok, 32, of Philadelphia, was arrested on a warrant stemming from an investigation/traffic stop in which the operator fled the stop. The warrant was for the initial incident that occurred in the area of Street Road and Centennial Road on Aug. 11, 2021.

Friday, March 11

  • Alycia Dennison, 45, of Southampton, was taken into custody for an active warrant. When taken into custody, police found her to be in possession of a small amount of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
