WARWICK, PA — A Warwick Township man is behind bars after authorities say five pounds of methamphetamine, three loaded firearms and about $50,000 in cash was seized at a Jamison home.

Joseph L. Horner IV, 33, of Fallow Hill Lane, was charged last week with dealing in proceeds of unlawful activities, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, persons not to possess firearms, criminal use of a communications facility, recklessly endangering another person and receiving stolen property.

Horner was arrested April 23 after investigators from the Warwick Township Police Department and the Bucks County Detectives Drug Strike Force served a search warrant at his home. The DA's office says five pounds of meth and some cocaine were found, along with drug packaging materials and digital scales.
