60 Jobs Coming With New Light Manufacturing Facility In Warminster
Warminster Township supervisors approved a 117,000-square-foot light manufacturing facility on Johnsville Road that may open in late 2023.

WARMINSTER, PA —A 117,000-square-foot light manufacturing facility is expected to bring 60 jobs to the township and fill space designed for four office buildings.
Warminster Township Supervisors granted preliminary and final approval land development application approval to ASG Capital, LLC (Franklin Corporate Center Lot #3) for the construction of the building at 720 Johnsville Blvd.
Construction is expected to begin in March or April with a completion date slated for the second half of 2023, developers said.

Thompson showed off 3-D artist renderings of the two-story building which will include a new entrance off Johnsville Boulevard to provide room for loading and larger trucks. The decor will mimic the look of other buildings at a neighboring Amstergen facility.
Thompson said the project will also further reduce runoff from the Neshaminy Creek Watershed with two underground basins for stormwater management.
Raju Vegesna, founder and chief executive of Amstergen Life Sciences LLC, said the facility will focus on using state-of-the-art technology for oncology and non-oncology.
"We're very excited," Vegesna said. "This is great for the township and for small business."
Supervisor Mark McKee thanked Vegesna for keeping his business in Warminster and bringing in more employees.
Vegesna said he expects a groundbreaking by next month or December and invited supervisors there for a "celebration" where they could pose with construction equipment.
"This looks great," Supervisors Vice Chairwoman Katherine Frescatore said. "With this building being scientific, who knows what might be discovered in Warminster."
