Academic Hall Of Fame Nominations Open For William Tennent High

The Centennial School District is accepting applicants until Jan. 17 for the Warminster Township high school's hall of fame.

WARMINSTER, PA —William Tennent High School is currently accepting nominations for the 2022-2023 Academic Hall of Fame.

Centennial School District officials want to spotlight its top students. While nominations are open all year, consideration for this year will end on Jan. 17. Click here to access the nomination form.

The induction ceremony will be held on May 17 at William Tennent High School.

Last year, the district recognized academics, arts and athletics due to the cancellation of 2020 and 2021.

  • The William Tennent High School music department will hold its winter concert at 7 p.m. on Dec. 15 in the high school auditorium. The concert features the band, chorus, chorale, madrigals, orchestra, and wind ensemble.
  • Emily Hildenbrand, 12th Grade, was recognized as the Warminster Rotary Student of the Month for November.
  • William Tennent’s Future Business Leaders of America brought back a Centennial tradition, Breakfast with Santa, on Dec. 3.
  • WTHS AP Biology, AP Physics, Anatomy and Sports Medicine students went on a field trip to explore the Brain, Heart, Exercise Physiology and Electricity exhibits at the Franklin Institute.
  • WTHS students who are part of the ExcitED program (enrolled in the Genetics and Biotechnology class) and some of our ELL learners toured the campus of Bucks County Community College, visiting the BioTech Center, and participating in a Q&A with faculty and staff.
