Gardner hosted the show from a stage stationed in the back section of the bar, but also went "wireless" during live segments and engaged several patrons in conversation.
"It's a chance to go out and meet the listeners" Gardner said, "You don't have that one-on-one interaction with the listeners in the studio."

The Hometown of the Week series focuses on local bars and venues to highlight the various MGK listener communities. Locations are picked about every week, Gardner said.
Friday marked MGK's third visit to Harrigan's Pub according to pub owner, Sean Harrigan.
"It's been great" Harrigan said, "It's always a good time when [WMGK] comes here."
Harrigan, who has owned the pub since it opened four and-a-half years ago, said he is an avid listener of MGK.
"It's the music I listen to, classic rock, and I know all of these [bands]" Harrigan said.
Laurie Conradi, of Willow Grove, said she has come to Harrigan's Pub each time MGK has visited.
"I go where Andre goes" Conradi said, "It's a lot of fun."
Gardner said Friday that the next stop for the Hometown of the Week show had not yet been decided on.
"There's nothing on my calendar as of yet" Gardner said, "But people can visit WMGK.com and it will be posted there once we get a place locked in."
The pub at 1051 West County Line Road, which is on the Warminster side of County Line Road, has a Hatboro mailing address because of mapping done by the United States Postal Service in the 1950s.
