Ann's Choice 2024 Staff Appreciation Fund Rewards Hourly Team Members
Residents thank dedicated employees by contributing $355,000
Ann's Choice, the Erickson Senior Living community in Bucks County, Pa., distributed $355,000 to eligible hourly team members through its 2024 Staff Appreciation Fund (SAF).
The SAF, made possible through generous donations from warm-hearted residents, was dispersed during a Staff Appreciation event on December 4. At the celebration, team members enjoyed hot chocolate and cookies and had the opportunity to thank residents for the gift. In addition, staff contributed personalized messages of gratitude to the "Thank You" posters, which are currently on display in the community.
The gifts served as a thank you for providing residents with industry-leading services that enhance the community's engaging, worry-free lifestyle.
"The heartfelt generosity of our residents who contribute to the Staff Appreciation Fund perfectly embodies the spirit of the season," shared Executive Director Chris Donati. "In turn, our team members have earned this recognition for their caring attitudes, creativity, and diligence. Together, they make Ann’s Choice an amazing place to live and work."
725 employees received a distribution from the Fund, and another 50 received $25 gift cards.
