Arby's Bringing Its Roast Beef Sandwiches To Warminster
Warminster Township supervisors Thursday approved the eatery to replace Saladworks on West Street Road.

WARMINSTER, PA —"When will it open?"
That question was asked by two Warminster Township supervisors at Thursday night's meeting about the latest eatery that will be coming to the township: Arby's.
Supervisors unanimously approved preliminary and final land development plans for Trident QSR Warminster LLC to an Arby's restaurant on West Street Road.

Arby's will be located in the old Saladworks in front of the Giant Food Store at Center Point Place.
"It's a nice redevelopment," Township Engineer Craig Kennard said in mentioning the matter at last month's meeting.

Arby's —whose slogan is "We Have the Meats!"—is a fast food-sandwich chain with more than 3,300 restaurants across the country. It was founded in 1964 and is famous for its roast beef sandwiches.
An Arby's is located on East Street Road in Feasterville. There's also an Arby's in the Levittown Town Center on the Levittown Parkway.
The presentation Thursday showed an artist rendering of Arby's by Linn Architects and also how minimal work is needed to convert Saladworks to Arby's.
Officials said the building would basically remain the same other than the addition of a 9-foot-high drive-thru.
While the presentation was short since Kennard said the township had an ordinance ready for approval, Supervisors Mark McKee and Janice Charlton were left with their mouths watering.
McKee mentioned to a resident in the audience how much he would like the Arby's and also said "me too."
"When will it open?" Charlton asked.
"As soon as possible," presenters answered.
