“We are delighted to open our newest school in Warminster. It is a thriving community in the heart of Bucks County, and we are excited to introduce the Bach to Rock approach to music education to families here,” Brian Gross, Bach to Rock's president said.
Bach to Rock is different than most traditional music schools because the innovative curriculum starts students out by playing music they love, and then teams them up with other students as they progress.
“We help students define their musical talents, build confidence, make new friends, and have fun at the same time,” Gross said.
Back to Rock Warminster is a local, family-owned franchise operated by brothers Matthew and Alvin Clay.
The Clay brothers hail from the Philadelphia area and bring a wealth of talent in the music and radio industry to the school.
They both have business ownership and management experience and have been active musicians, DJs, and performers.
“We are local guys who are passionate about music and education. We decided to open our Bach to Rock school so we could provide a safe and fun environment for students to express themselves and develop their skills,” Alvin Clay said.
“Music is important and fun! Our students are free to play the music they like, play in bands, even record their songs, and play live shows. We’re going to pass on the gifts of music to anyone who has the desire to learn,” Matthew Clay added.
Bach to Rock Warminster offers programs for students of all ages including: individual and group lessons in piano, voice, guitar, drums and more; “Rock City” for preschoolers and “Rock and Roll” for toddlers; beginning piano “Kids n Keys” for children in grades K-2; and summer camps and birthday parties. Plus, students can get involved in a glee club or rock band.
The school features Bach to Rock’s Beat Refinery DJ lessons, where new DJs can learn basics, like how to operate turntables and successfully match beats, while more experienced DJs can hone mixing, scratching, and beat-making skills.
