Baseball Bat Wielding Warminster Man Made Terroristic Threats: Police
Warminster Police reported the incident, the theft of $1,370 in diesel fuel and numerous DUIs in its recent police blotter.

WARMINSTER, PA —A theft of diesel fuel, a man charged with making terroristic threats while holding a baseball bat and numerous DUIs topped the Warminster Township Police Department's most recent crime blotter.
The police department listed its arrests and notable incidents for the period between Nov. 27 and Dec. 18.

Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property Arrest —On Nov. 30, police responded to Walmart for a reported retail theft. After investigating, a 60-year-old Philadelphia man was arrested for theft and receiving stolen property.
Drug Possession Arrest —On Nov. 30, while on patrol, a Warminster officer came across a suspicious vehicle. After making contact and investigating, the occupant was arrested for possession of drugs and paraphernalia.

Drug Possession Arrest —Police were dispatched to the parking lot of a local apartment/condo complex for the report of a group of teens smoking marijuana inside a parked vehicle. Police made contact with the group and found them to be in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
Violation of Protection Order —A 26-year-old Warminster man was arrested for violating a valid protection from abuse order.
Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct —Police were dispatched to the area of the Red Stallion Tavern for a man who was bleeding. Upon making contact, it was found that he and another man who had been drinking got into a fight. A 34- year-old Warminster man and a 31-year-old man were both cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Harassment —Police investigated an altercation between a 15-year-old man and a 16-year-old man. After concluding the investigation, both were cited for harassment.
Driving Under the Influence —On Dec. 10, at 2:04 p.m., police responded to a vehicle crash in the area of Brookdale and Bristol Roads. After making contact with one of the operators, it was determined the 26-year-old Warminster man was intoxicated. He was arrested for driving under the influence.
Aggravated Assault, Endangering the welfare of children, related offenses —On Dec. 11, at 2:45 a.m., police were dispatched to a local apartment complex for a disturbance. After investigating, a 33-year-old Warminster man was arrested.
Harassment — Police were dispatched for a disorderly person at a local group home. After investigating, it was found there was an altercation between at least two subjects there. Harassment charges were filed against a 19-year-old Warminster woman.
Public Drunkenness —Police responded to the Giant store for the report of a customer acting disorderly and fighting with other customers. Police found a 41-year-old Warminster man intoxicated and cited him for public drunkenness.
Aggravated assault, simple assault, and related offenses — Police were dispatched to the Bucks IU Highroads School for a student who was being disorderly and extremely aggressive toward other students and staff. After investigating, a 16-year-old man was arrested for assault on a staff member and for his actions that day.
Driving Under the Influence, Hit-and-Run Accident —On Dec. 14, police were dispatched to a local convenience store for a vehicle that struck another vehicle and then left the scene. Through investigation, officers were able to locate the striking vehicle that left the area. Upon making contact with the driver, the 48-year-old woman from Southampton was found to be intoxicated and arrested for Driving Under the Influence and related charges.
Terroristic Threats and Violation of PFA Arrest —On Dec. 14, police were dispatched to Stratford Road, Upon making contact, a 32-year-old Warminster man was standing on a lawn holding a baseball bat. It was determined there was an active Protection from Abuse order in effect as well. After de-escalating the situation, officers took him into custody for terroristic threats and violating the active court order.
Simple Assault —On Dec. 17, police responded to a disturbance in the area of Pine Road. After an investigation, a 15-year-old woman was charged with simple assault.
Driving Under the Influence —On Dec. 17, police were dispatched for a traffic accident of one vehicle into two parked cars, the accident was reported in the area of Hopwood Drive. Upon investigation, it was found the driver was intoxicated. The 53-year-old Warminster woman was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
Diesel Fuel Theft —On Nov. 29, police took the report of diesel fuel theft valued at approximately $1,370 in a theft from Delta Gas Station located on the 200 block of York Road. Police are investigating.
