Just a minute

Remember each day is just a minute away from your success story.....

Sometimes just sitting and staring out the window is the most relaxing thing a person can actually do, while some would challenge the thought that this could be considered lazy, slacking or even being bored.

I often reflect on the thoughts that not only is it good for the soul it's good for the entire being. With all running around crazy, half the people doing it due to the fact that it's part of their jobs, others because they can't manage their time and some for the shear pleasure of the chaotic energy.

Then there are those who are so scattered that they wait till the last second to actually get ready for what it is they are supposed to be doing. So to sit and gaze soulfully out the window, not looking at anything in general but looking at everything can cause the body to relax, rejuvenate, heal, and so on.

This is a very common form of meditation, and I am pretty sure anyone can do this. The art of the meditation is to free one's self of all that is at the specific time and be all that is bigger and lighter at that specific time. Once you are calm and relaxed, then one can start to listen to the inner voice which will guide them back to where they are supposed to be. It will make whatever you are doing more doable, and with practice one can achieve anything they set out to achieve just by learning to relax, focus, react.

Not many understand the concept that one is what they think, or you are what you think, I am pretty sure most have heard the saying "you are what you eat." Well, I do not believe that, I believe you are what you think.

I mean, yeah, eating bad is down right wrong, but thinking bad is also down right wrong. The other issues are the fact that most people think that it is important to be what others think they should be. Well, come on. That never works!

So in the greater part of your busy day, take a minute and relax. Really, I mean a minute. There is no need for you to spend a lot of time. Yes, some say to meditate for a period of time, but one needs to start somewhere and you really won't believe how much can be accomplished just by one minute.
